Publication:
Web-based portal to publication and sale date setup, calculating the earliest publication, posting, and sale date.
Publications are placed in the most economical newspaper available within a specific city / county newspaper.
Posting and Process Service
Postings and Process Service is completed by dedicated professionals with years of experience. We post all legal notices in public locations and at the real property. Each posting includes high quality photos, certificate of service, and visual inspection. Certificate of Service can be obtained through client portal or automated transmittal within 12 hours of service date.
Foreclosure Auction and Bid at Sale
Professional and knowledgeable network of auctioneers allows us to sell at public auction or bid on your company's behalf at the foreclosure auction.
Results of sale are reported back to the client within 30 minutes of the sale being completed.
Web-based portal
Our web-based portal allows clients to setup and track their files from start to finish.
To start a file the client can start with our publication calculator, allowing them to select an economical newspaper based on specified County and City the property is located in. This will then calculate the earliest posting, publication, and sale date.
Clients will then be able to access the Posting Certificate, Publication Affidavit, and Sales Information through the portal, via email, or FTP.
